I can't click on desktop icons or right click to get desktop properties to appear 08:28 AM. I cannot double click on my desktop icons or right click on the desktop to pull up properties menu. The start menu and everything on the bottom bar works fine. Not sure what is going on.any thoughts on what the issue may be?
